What is the max number of custom fields in QuickBooks Enterprise (QBES) 2014

Intuit has increased the number of maximum custom fields in the QuickBooks Enterprise 2014 to the following:

Inventory Items can have up to 15 custom fields. The types of fields are limited to Text, Numbers with or without decimals, Dates (in various formats) and multiple-choice lists. These custom fields can also be labeled as mandatory fields.

Customer, Vendors and Employees SHARE a total of 30 custom fields that can be used in QuickBooks Enterprise (QBES). The number of fields can be distributed between these three objects in any ratio required, but the total number of custom fields cannot exceed 30.

These limits are not referring to the data content, but to the actual number of fields in the database.
